I ordered the incurables program. I'm 80 years old, and after two weeks on the program, waking up six or seven times in the night to urinate, I was so weak I couldn't function. I asked for a refund on the unopened items, and was refused. I emailed and wrote a letter again requesting a refund on unopened products. Did not receive even a response. I am very disappointed in Dr. Schulze.

Be careful signing up for the subscription. You only get a10% discount but will have to pay for shipping, which ends up being more expensive than just ordering when you need the product(s) again next. You'll also be billed before receiving a reminder, and if you attempt to cancel or postpone that month's order they'll charge you anyway.

You could always call customer service multiple times, but they'll just promise you they'll refund it / cancel the shipment / get back to you (looking at you Spencer and Carlos), but don't rely on that either.

Dr. Schulze's / American Botanical is a predatory subscription service with non existent customer service. Do business with them at your own risk.

I have done his colon cleanse and WOW! I physically felt like a brand-new person. My ailment went away. Every product is fantastic and those are the ONLY products I take. I do not bother to try anything else from a drug store - no need.

I love their products and have recommended to many friends. Unfortunately, I am having issues with ordering and receiving the products every single time. They have put my money on hold 3 times for the same purchase of almost 1000$ without even sending the products. After contacting Customer Services and sharing the screenshots of the bank statements they only replied that they are not holding my money and that I didn't confirm order and accepted shipping charges. I had to waste my time to send them screenshot which shows that I did confirm and call bank many times and check how I can solve this as they put on hold all my money for monthly expenses which I explained to Dr. Schulz team too. Long story short, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, MAKING UNACCEPTABLE MISTAKES AND DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO INVESTIGATE WHERE PROBLEM IS COMING FROM AND TRY TO CORRECT IT! I wanted to order products, but I just ended up with headache because of their unprofessionalism! I do not have even to mention that this is going on for one month already and that they reply to every 3th email!

If I could give a zero on the bowel shot I would. I was quite backed up and ordered this product because it said it worked without chemicals. I took one and it didn't work. I was quite backed up so took one the next day but it didn't work. I took the 3rd one the next day as I'm sure it took more to get out what I had going on. It still didn't work. Someone suggested something else and I tried that and voila, it worked. This product sucked. I called about their money back guarantee. I was told by the first one I could get a refund if I mailed it back. Covid is rampant here and I wasn't going out. Asked if I could send photos. She gave me the email and said she would call back to see if that was ok. Never heard back. That Monday I emailed photos of the box and bottles turned upside down without lids to show it was used. Never heard back. 4 days later I called again. I was told I wouldn't get a refund because I used it all. Wait. If I only used one I would get a refund but because I kept trying because I was so backed up that maybe it took more then I don't get a refund. That's right. So your product didn't work after taking all 3 and now I don't get a refund? Nope. Does it say that on your website? No, but that is our policy. Buyer beware. Just glad I didn't spend another $10 to ship the empty bottles back by the first rep just to get told this. $37 plus shipping down the drain.

I should of done this along time ago but if it were not for discovering Dr. Schulze I would not have had what I call 5 extra years. 22 years ago my ex husband should have died. I'm sure this program and lifestyle, saved his life. I've been on his products for 22 years and have had both my children on them ( with life style) my 28 year old and my 11 year old, have only been to the doctors for check ups, never for illness!

This man has probably saved my life. I thank God wholeheartedly for his commitment to truth, healing and education to mankind. I hope and pray that more people wake up to the truth and the life giving and healthy way of living that is possible if you can weed through the lies and propaganda that's out there. I have been using Dr Schulzes products for about 16 years and I give them to my kids that are now in college and high school. Thank you Dr. Schulze for caring more about human life than big business.
